Cancellation Policy
Tardiness:
If you are 10 mins late there is a $10 late fee. There is a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals, after that the appointment is automatically cancelled. The balance due will be deducted as well if the service provider is late. Fairness and communication are heavily enforced!
We ask that you please cancel AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE your appointment as we reserve the right to charge 50% of your service. You will not be able to book again until the balance is paid.
No Call No Shows are prohibited. A ban will be placed on booking future services so please do not hesitate in communicating to cancel any scheduled appointments.
